MatchesBorn and bred in Rajasthan, Mahipal Lomror gained recognition based on his performances in India’s Under 19 team. The spin bowling all-rounder had a decent season with the bat in 2021 edition of the league, with his 17 ball 43 being the highlight of the season for him. At the 2022 Mega Auction, Mahipal was snapped by the RCB for INR 95 lakhs. The youngster who has been playing for his state side in the junior domestic circuit got an opportunity to display his skills on a larger platform when he was selected for the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2016 in Bangladesh. He was bought by the Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) ahead of the ninth season of the IPL before moving to Rajasthan Royals. While he featured only in only five games across IPL 2019 and IPL 2020, Rajasthan Royals retained the youngster for the IPL 2021.
