An attacking batsman by nature, Mayank Agarwal impressed one and all at the Under-19 level. In the IPL, his big moment came when in 2012 he smashed an unbeaten 64 off 30 balls facing the likes of Malinga, Harbhajan and RP Singh. Although RCB lost, Agarwal showed what he’s worth. Thanks to his flamboyant strokes and habit of posting big scores, comparisons were drawn with the mighty Virender Sehwag very early in Agarwal’s career.
