Karnataka seamer Kamlesh Nagarkoti was one of the bright sparks of the 2018 U19 World Cup who looked like a promising fast bowler ready to shine. He was even drafted into the KKR squad for the 2018 IPL season. Unfortunately, a back injury kept him out of action for more than one year and he spent most of his time in rehab. KKR have not let go off him and they definitely feel he can add a lot to the KKR pace battery. He played 10 games in the 2020 IPL edition but picked up just 5 wickets. It will be interesting to see how the pacer performs in 2021.
