‘Off the field’ look for Royal Challengers

Louis Philippe, a lifestyle brand from the house of Madura Garments, has unveiled a collection made for the Bangalore Royal Challengers IPL team. Members of the city-based outfit, including skipper Rahul Dravid, took part in a fashion show for the company last night.

Chief Operating Officer of the company, Vishal Kumar said the team requested the company to assemble a fashion line for it.

"That's when the concept of official clothiers 'off the field' came up," he said.

The Louis Philippe Royal Challengers collection will be available at all Louis Philippe outlets shortly. It will showcase three looks: formal, semi-formal and evening, the company said.

The collection includes 'Z shirt', a "happy marriage of the formal and the informal look", company officials were quoted as saying.
