Match Playing Conditions

These playing conditions are applicable to all IPL matches from 1 January 2013 and supersede any previous playing conditions applicable to IPL. Included in this version are amendments to Clauses 3.1, 12.5, 15.2, 16.2, 23 and Appendices 6 and 7 and new clause 24.3.

Except as varied hereunder the Laws of Cricket (2000 Code 4th Edition – 2010) shall apply.

Note: All references to ‘Governing Body responsible for the match’ within the Laws of Cricket shall be replaced by ‘IPL Match Referee’
